PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION



ABF, a.s., having its registered office at Beranových 667, Prague 9, Company Reg. No.: 63080575, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague under the file ref. no. B3309 (hereinafter referred to also as “We”), as the data controller, hereby informs You, as a user of Our web site https://abf.cz/, about the below described collection of personal data and privacy protection principles.




Processing of personal data of children

Our web site is not intended for children under 16. We do not process any personal data of children under 16.




Scope of personal data processing

If You contact Us through the web site, You can be required to fill in certain data concerning You or Your company.

This data can include (without limitation to):
a) Your first name and surname,
b) Commercial name,
c) Address or registered office of the company,
d) Identification (registration) number and tax identification number,
e) Phone number or
f) E-mail address

We have placed a cookie agreement on Our web site, serving for the checking of the consent to the use of cookies.

Purpose of the processing

We use the data which You provide to Us for contacting You back and providing You with the information for which You have asked Us or for the purpose of the sale of tickets. All personal data is processed in a legal and transparent way and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of processing is required.

We can use Your first name, surname and e-mail address also for sending You commercial announcements, i.e. to inform You about the events, publications or services which We provide and which could be interesting for You in Our opinion. Provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilment of the Contract and provision of personal data for the purpose of answers to the questions raised by You or for the purpose of obtaining the information required by You are Our contractual requirement and a failure to provide this data may lead to non-conclusion of a contract or non-provision of an answer to the questions raised by You.

You can refuse the processing of Your personal data for the purpose of the sending of commercial announcements at any time and it will not affect any other mutual relations between You and Us. It is sufficient to send Us an e-mail message with the appropriate request at the address poverenec@abf.cz, or at the address from which You have obtained the commercial announcement from Us.




Who has access to Your personal data

Your personal data will be processed by Us, acting as the data controller. We can pass Your personal data for the above mentioned purposes to Our subcontractors so that they can perform its processing for Us. The personal data can be passed to:

Term of personal data processing

We will process Your personal data for the term for which We provide You with Our services or for which We fulfil Our mutual contract or for the term necessary for fulfilment of archiving obligations according to applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Registration Act or the Value Added Act.




Your rights implying from personal data processing

In relation to the processing of Your personal data by Us You have the following rights:
a) Right to access to the personal data;
b) Right to correction;
c) Right to erasure (“Right to be forgotten”);
d) Right to limitation of data processing;
e) Right to raise an objection against the processing; and
f) Right to file a complaint about personal data processing.

Your rights are explained below, so that You can be able to make a clearer idea of their content.

You can exercise all Your rights by contacting Us at the e-mail address poverenec@abf.cz.

You can file a complaint at the supervisory authority which is the Office for Personal data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Right to access means that You can ask, at any time, for Our confirmation whether the personal data concerning You is processed or not, and if the data is processed, then for what purposes it is processed, in what extent, to whom it is made accessible, for how long We will process the data, that You have the right to correction, request for erasure, request for limitation of processing or raising of an objection, from where We have obtained the personal data and whether automatic decision making or profiling takes place on the basis of the processing of Your personal data or not. You have also the right to obtain a copy of Your personal data, where the first provision of a copy is free of charge and for other provisions the intermediary may require an adequate payment of administrative costs.

Right to correction means that You can ask Us, at any time, for correction or completion of Your personal data if it is inexact or incomplete.

Right to erasure means that We have to erase all Your personal data if (i) it is not anymore necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is illegal, (iii) You raise objections against the processing and there are not any prevailing justified reasons for processing or (iv) a legal obligation requires Us to do so.

Right to limitation of data processing means that until We resolve any disputable issues regarding the processing of Your personal data, We have to limit the processing of Your personal data in such a way that We can only store the data and We can possibly use the data only for the reason of determination, execution or defence of legal claims.

Right to raise an objection means that You can raise an objection against the processing of Your personal data which We process for direct marketing purposes or for the reason of a justified interest. If You raise an objection against processing for direct marketing purposes, Your personal data will not be processed for these purposes anymore.
